Shipment Consolidation

  1. UShot sells products in USD only. UShot.com provides the exchange rate tool as a guide only. During the checkout process, customer will then have the opportunity to accept or reject PayPal's currency exchange rate. UShot.com is not liable for the relationship between the customer and PayPal.
  2. We will take 3-5 business days to ship due to extra international compliance requirements, not included weekend and holidays. However, if you purchased an item that is out of stock, you can put it on your Wishlist. We will notify you when that item is in stock again.
  3. We can understand the frustration associated with a late parcel. A late parcel could be the result of any number of reasons within either countries’ postal system. The usual delivery time for a Standard Air Mail item is 10-30 days and an EMS item is 5-14 days. Please understand that we have no control over customs or your country’s postal system.
  4. The buyer assumes all responsibility for the shipment once it has left our warehouse. We will not be held responsible for shipments seized by any country's customs and are not eligible for any refunds. Before you contact us regarding a late parcel, please check with your local post office. In most cases, parcels that do not arrive at your home are waiting for you at the post office for collection.
  5. We do not consider a parcel lost until after we have filed a missing parcel report with the Taiwan Postmaster. We can do this after 45 days. Countries such as Italy, France, Spain, Brazil and South Africa usually have extended wait times due to customs. However this is not common.
  6. We will confirm with you on your address. We do not refund or replace parcels that did not arrive because they were not picked up in time or sent back to us and lost in transit or have the incorrect address. If a shipment is deemed as not deliverable and returned to us, the additional return shipping fees charged to us by the shipping company will be deducted from the amount we are able to refund.
  7. Our warehouse quality checks and test confirms before packaging prior to shipments. This includes barcode, item counting and parcel weight recording to ensure each order is made in full and correct. We take our shipping and dispatch accuracy very seriously. If you have received a parcel that is incorrect or incomplete, you must do the following within 24hrs of receiving the parcel:(1) DO NOT throw any of the packaging or product materials away. Keep the entire package 100% as you received it. (2) DO NOT USED. Keep it as original. Photograph the parcel and it's contents. The photo must show products, parcel and packing materials clearly, and send it to us.

  9. Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any and all products from UShot. Once an order is placed, the order cannot be modified. If you need to update your shipping address or shipping method after your order is placed, please contact us at (886) 04-2451-4348, 10am-2pm, Monday to Friday (GMT/UTC+8) as soon as possible. We will do our best to deal with it if in time to make any changes.To avoid placing a duplicate order, please DO NOT click "Back" on your browser after confirming the order.
